ACTA Hydrate Elixir combines the power of Hyaluronic Acid with Tremella for a powerhouse humectant rich serum elixir. 

The ACTA Hydrate Elixir contains 5% Hyaluronic Acid and 5% Tremella with Provitamin B5 to provide lightweight but deep hydration while strengthening skin barrier and improving skin smoothness and suppleness.
